Attention with Impact for voor ‘Meet, Work, Stay
Whichever Postillion Hotels venue you step into, you can count on hospitality with a capital H. The staff of this hotel chain are always willing to go the extra mile for the modern business traveler, for whom the ‘Meet, Work, Stay’ concept was created.
“Postillion Hotels stands for Attention with Impact,” says Maureen Paulus, Content Marketer at Postillion Hotels. “We strive to be at the forefront when it comes to facilities for business guests. To achieve this, we create spaces that cater to the needs of the modern business traveler. Think of well-equipped business points for flexible working and multifunctional meeting rooms for gatherings and conferences.”
Postillion Hotels as an Event Venue
The venues of Postillion Hotels are also perfectly suited for events, adds Claudia Sangers (Marketing Manager):
"With years of experience in organizing business events, we have the expertise to ensure every event runs smoothly. Our multifunctional halls accommodate groups ranging from 2 to 1,400 people and are equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual facilities. A dedicated team provides support in all aspects of the event, from decoration and catering to technical assistance. This allows organizers to fully focus on the content. Our promise, ‘Attention with Impact,’ is reflected in everything we do."
The teams at the various Postillion Hotels excel in accommodating large groups. These venues can host a wide range of events, thanks in part to the availability of numerous breakout options. Maureen explains:
"For our clients, the flexibility and customization of our proposals are a major advantage. The same goes for our locations. Our rooms can be configured in various ways, making them suitable for a wide range of purposes. Even the exclusive rental of an entire hotel is an option."
More Than Half a Century of Hospitality
In 2025, the Postillion Hotels brand—and with it, the ‘Meet, Work, Stay’ concept—will celebrate its 15th anniversary. However, the history of Postillion Hotels goes back much further, to the opening of the very first location in Bunnik in 1959. This was the Netherlands' first roadside restaurant, originally named Motoresto.
Less than a decade later, the Bunnik venue expanded with hotel rooms and meeting spaces, making it the country's first-ever highway hotel. More locations followed, initially under the name Postiljon, which later evolved into the more internationally oriented Postillion. Today, there are eight Postillion Hotels across the country—venues that continue to set the standard in facilities for the modern business traveler.
Postillion Hotels Venues: From City Centers to Nature
You can find Postillion Hotels venues both in the bustling Randstad region and in more natural surroundings. This allows the brand to cater to a diverse range of audiences, explains Claudia:
“In our venues in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, and Utrecht, for example, we welcome many international guests. The Amersfoort location is situated by the water, making it ideal for large group barbecues or corporate retreats. The same goes for our locations in Deventer, Arnhem, and Dordrecht. These venues are surrounded by nature, allowing for plenty of outdoor activities. Corporate parties, team-building exercises, various breakout sessions—you name it. Meanwhile, our Randstad locations serve as key hubs for business conferences. These are true convention centers. What all Postillion Hotels have in common is their excellent accessibility, both by car and public transport.”
‘Attention with Impact’ Felt Internally as Well
“‘Attention with Impact’ is not just about how we interact with our guests and clients—it also reflects how we work together as a team,” says Claudia.
“Everyone experiences ‘Attention with Impact’ in their own way, but it always comes down to going the extra mile. It’s in the small things. Celebrating everything that’s joyful in life but also sharing the less pleasant moments together. This truly defines the team at Postillion Hotels.”
Maureen agrees: “Our flat organizational structure also plays a big role in this. There are no barriers—you can approach anyone. Serving staff casually grab a drink with the management team. The feeling that we are in this together is very strong at Postillion Hotels. We are one team—a team that makes an impact with attention.”
