Sea View Office 1 heeft een prachtig uitzicht op het strand en de zee. De vergaderruimte biedt in vergaderopstelling tot ca. 20 personen ruimte en in theateropstelling tot ca. 50 personen. Deze lichte zaal heeft naast de vergaderruimte een interne afgesloten break-out ruimte (Aquarium) en biedt plaats aan maximaal 15 personen. Dit 'aquarium' is uitgerust met een flat-screen scherm met HDMI aansluiting, WiFi en stroompunten.
