At De Havenstudio, parking is available on the private harbor grounds. There is space for approximately 12 cars. If the grounds are full, cars can also be parked for free anywhere in the surrounding neighborhood.
The Havenstudio is easily accessible by public transportation. There is a direct connection between Amsterdam Central Station and the Uitgeest train station. The train journey takes approximately half an hour. Upon arrival in Uitgeest, it's a bus ride (line 163) that takes about 3 minutes and a walk of approximately 9 minutes to reach the studio. During an event at De Havenstudio we offer catering. We have a collaboration with two different caterers. (Please contact us for further information). Clients are also welcome to arrange catering themselves during an event at De Havenstudio. In such cases the responsibility for catering lies with the client.
A party at De Havenstudio may last until 11:00 PM. Extending the duration is possible with prior agreement.
The cancellation policy at De Havenstudio is as follows: After booking De Havenstudio the client will receive an invoice requesting a 50% deposit of the total amount within five business days of the invoice date. The reservation is considered complete upon receipt of this deposit. The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation. The remaining balance must be paid within five business days after the studio rental period.
De Havenstudio is easily accessible by car from the highway (A9). You can navigate to Nieuwland 18, 1911 BH Uitgeest, and then enter the harbor area.
