De gehele eerste verdieping van Hotel Casa is ontworpen voor vergaderingen en evenementen. In totaal heeft Casa 14 vergaderzalen met daglicht en breakouts die een mooi uitzicht hebben op onze groene binnentuin. De vergaderzalen variëren van 24 m2 tot 320 m2, waarbij de grootste zaal een capaciteit heeft van 350 personen. Dit is ideaal voor het organiseren van een intieme brainstorm, een training of workshop, een kleine of grote conferentie of zelfs een meerdaags evenement.

De conference rooms van Hotel Casa zijn nu uitgerust met geavanceerde technologie voor een optimale vergaderervaring. De 98-inch 4K Ultra HD LCD-schermen en het 217-inch Full HD LED-scherm zorgen voor een meeslepende ervaring. Met HDMI- en USBC-aansluitingen en Bose Professional-geluidssystemen worden presentaties extreem helder en krachtig weergegeven. De magnetische whiteboard-wanden en draadloze microfoons bieden extra gemak en flexibiliteit voor elke bijeenkomst.
