Levenslang Amsterdam does not have its own parking lot. Parking is possible on the street for a fee or at the parking lot ParkBee Spaklerweg 44A at 10/15 min walking distance.

Levenslang is easy to reach by car. Levenslang is located right next to the highway (A10). Take exit 11 Amsterdam-Overamstel.

Levenslang Amsterdam is a stone's throw from Hotel Jansen. It is only a 1-minute walk.

Levenslang Amsterdam works with 2 caterers. If this does not meet your wishes, you can bring another caterer in consultation. Please note: additional costs will be charged for this.

At Levenslang Amsterdam you can party from Sunday to Thursday until 04:00. On Friday and Saturday even until 05:00.

CANCELLATIONS

8.6 IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT, THE CLIENT IS HELD TO PAY THE CONTRACTOR A COMPENSATION ON THE BASIS OF THE FOLLOWING PERCENTAGES:

LOCATION COSTS
THE CONTRACTOR WILL AT ALL TIMES CHARGE 100% OF THE LOCATION COSTS INCLUDED IN THE AGREEMENT.

CATERING COSTS IN CASE OF A CANCELLATION REQUEST:
A. NO CATERING COSTS WILL BE CHARGED UNTIL 6 WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT PERFORMANCE DATE;
B. IN THE PERIOD BETWEEN 6 TO 4 WEEKS BEFORE THE EXECUTION DATE OF THE EVENT, 25% OF THE CATERING COSTS WILL BE CHARGED BASED ON THE NUMBER OF GUESTS WITHIN THE MEANING OF ARTICLE 7.3 OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS;
C. IN THE PERIOD BETWEEN 4 TO 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE EXECUTION DATE OF THE EVENT, 50% OF THE CATERING COSTS WILL BE CHARGED BASED ON THE NUMBER OF GUESTS WITHIN THE MEANING OF ARTICLE 7.3 OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS;
D. IN THE PERIOD SHORTER THAN 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE EXECUTION DATE OF THE EVENT, 100% OF THE CATERING COSTS WILL BE CHARGED BASED ON THE NUMBER OF GUESTS WITHIN THE MEANING OF ARTICLE 7.3 OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

OTHER COSTS AGREED BETWEEN THE PARTIES
IN CASE OF AN APPLICATION FOR ANNULMENT:
A. NO OTHER COSTS WILL BE CHARGED UNTIL 12 WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT EXECUTION DATE.
B. IN THE PERIOD BETWEEN 12 TO 10 WEEKS BEFORE THE EXECUTION DATE OF THE EVENT, 25% OF THE OTHER COSTS WILL BE CHARGED.
C. IN THE PERIOD BETWEEN 10 TO 6 WEEKS BEFORE THE EXECUTION DATE OF THE EVENT, 50% OF THE OTHER COSTS WILL BE CHARGED.
D. IN THE PERIOD BETWEEN 6 TO 4 WEEKS BEFORE THE EXECUTION DATE OF THE EVENT, 75% OF THE OTHER COSTS WILL BE CHARGED.
E. IN THE PERIOD SHORTER THAN 4 WEEKS BEFORE THE EXECUTION DATE OF THE EVENT, 100% OF THE OTHER COSTS WILL BE CHARGED.

IF SUPPLIERS WHO DO NOT AGREE WITH THE ABOVE CONDITIONS ARE USED WITH RESPECT TO THE OTHER COSTS, THE CONTRACTOR WILL AGREED THIS WITH THE CLIENT PRIOR TO THE CONFIRMATION. AT THE TIME OF COORDINATION, BUT IN ANY CASE PRIOR TO THE EXECUTION DATE OF THE EVENT, THE CLIENT MUST SIGN A SEPARATE AGREEMENT WITH DIFFERENT CONDITIONS THAT MATCH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SUPPLIER IN QUESTION.
