Yes, you can stay overnight at Stiemerheide - The Urban Hotel & Golf Retreat. 
We have a total of 69 rooms including 6 cosy rooms, 37 Elegance rooms, 19 rooms with a view of the green surroundings and 7 suites.

You are not permitted to bring an outside caterer to Stiemerheide - The Urban Hotel & Golf Retreat. We offer a comprehensive catering service provided by our own kitchens, each offering their own specialty and high quality. You can choose from three culinary options: De Kristalijn, Moonstone and the bar.

De Kristalijn has been awarded 1 Michelin star, while Moonstone has received the Bib Gourmand distinction. Both cuisines offer a top-level gastronomic experience, and we are confident that these options will fully meet your needs and expectations.
Prefer a quick bite? Then we can look at the options in the bar together.

We are of course ready to work with you and support you in creating a suitable menu for your party!

How are the cancellation conditions arranged?

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

- The compensation to be paid by the customer, in connection with full or partial cancellations of the hotel accommodation and catering services booked by the customer, will be determined on the basis of the reservation value (=RW).

- In case of “no-show”, the customer will in all cases be obliged to reimburse the total RW.

- For reservations for ≥ 50 persons, the following installments will be increased by 1 month.

- Reservations of ≥ 3 rooms are considered group reservations.

- Stiemerheide N.V. has the right to cancel a Catering Agreement, unless the customer has given written notice within seven days of the conclusion of the relevant Catering Agreement that he/she requires Stiemerheide N.V. to waive his/her right to cancel, provided that the customer has also unambiguously given notice that he/she waives his/her own right to cancel.

COMPENSATION FOR CANCELLATIONS: HOTEL ACCOMMODATION/ACCOMMODATION:-

For groups:

- From 30 days to 21 days: 50% of the total remaining value.
- From 21 days to 14 days: 75% of the total residual value.      
- From 14 days tem arrival date: 100% of the total residual value.
- Less than 48 hours before the arrival date: 100% of the total residual value.
- During holidays: 100% of the total residual value. 
*Non refundable: 100% of the total residual value.

*Your credit card will be charged immediately upon confirmation of reservation.

Individual overnight stays:

- From 30 days tem 21 days: 0% of the total residual value.
- From 21 days tem 14 days: 0% of the total residual value.      
- From 14 days tem arrival date: 0% of the total residual value.
- Less than 48 hours before the arrival date: 100% of the total residual value.
- During holidays: 100% of the total residual value.

ALL-IN HOSPITALITY AGREEMENTS:

All cases where one or more types of hospitality services are to be provided under an agreement (both per person and per group).

- More than 6 months before the effective date: No compensation
- More than 4 months before the effective date: 25% of the total residual value 
- More than 2 months before the effective date: 50% of the total residual value 
- More than 2 weeks before the effective date: 75% of the total residual value 
- More than 1 week before the effective date: 100% of the total residual value

PAYMENTS:

- Stiemerheide N.V. may at any time require the client to deposit or cause to be deposited under Stiemerheide N.V. a security deposit in an amount not exceeding the reservation value less any interim payments already made. Deposits received shall be properly administered, serve exclusively as security for Stiemerheide N.V. and explicitly do not count as already realized sales.

- Stiemerheide N.V. can always demand interim payment for Catering Services already provided.

- If a turnover guarantee has been issued, the customer is obliged to pay Stiemerheide N.V. at least the amount stipulated in the turnover guarantee with respect to the Catering Agreement(s) concerned. This turnover guarantee amount is based on a minimum number of persons.

What is the accessibility by car?

The accessibility to Stiemerheide - The Urban hotel & Golf Retreat is very easy. The hotel is close to exit 32 of the E314 highway.  It is 9 minutes by car to the center of Genk (6.4km). Hasselt is 21.5km away from our hotel. 
We are very centrally located in Limburg.
